About Me – Personal Trainer & Rehabilitation Specialist in Sydney CBD

 

 

Hi, I’m Josie — an experienced Personal Trainer, Naturopath and Rehabilitation Specialist based in the Sydney CBD, with 17 years of industry experience.

 

If you’re looking for a highly qualified, evidence-based personal trainer in Sydney, you’re in the right place. I’ve spent nearly two decades helping clients improve their strength, mobility, body composition and overall wellbeing through personalised, science-driven training programs.

 

In an industry where most trainers stay for only 18–24 months, my long-standing career reflects a genuine commitment to professional development and client results. What sets my coaching apart is the combination of deep experience, advanced education and a thoughtful, client-centred approach.

 

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy, am currently completing a Physiotherapy degree, and have been mentored by some of Australia’s leading personal trainers, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists. This allows me to blend practical coaching with a strong understanding of movement, rehabilitation and performance.
